                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM NANNETTA B. WELLS,
                   RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 46, MURRAY HILLS
                   COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 131, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED
                   TWENTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,120.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Nannetta B. Wells, relative to
       Contract No. 46, Murray Hills Collection System, Tract No. 131,
       for a consideration of $1,120.00.
